The short answer is that you will get it after you file your taxes. The longer answer depends on when you file, how you file and what stimulus payment you qualify for. Stimulus payments sometimes come randomly during the year, but most are combined with your tax refund check if you are eligible for a refund. If you owe taxes this year, your tax forms will generally allow you to apply your stimulus payment.
