When deciding to buy a hybrid car we knew that the initial purchase would put us in a financial bind. The long term effects would definitely outweigh that though. We love our new hybrid car and it has been great to us. Just like everyone we were dreading having to do our taxes this year.
We got a wonderful surprise this year. By using online tax software such as, TurboTax we found out we would be getting back even more money this year than we normally do. With the hybrid tax credit we were able to offset many of bills of our hybrid car. I'm glad we are the original owners or we would not have qualified. We always use our vehicle in the United States so that also helped us qualify for the hybrid tax credit that we really needed this year. It is a wonderful credit and I others are able to take advantage of it too.
